Purpose: MICROS provides general recommendations for system maintenance. Use this system maintenance plan as a general guideline for the minimum maintenance you should perform; your system maintenance requirements may vary. During your peak season, you may wish to perform these steps more often to ensure consistent system performance

Daily System Maintenance

Perform a daily backup of CWSerenade

 

Saving a Backup Copy of CWSerenade

Weekly System Maintenance

Reboot all application servers and the CWIntegrate server

 

 

Rebuild all indexes in the CWSerenade database

Perform this step to improve database performance. Work with your database administrator or IT staff to determine the target fragmentation levels and fill rates for your indexes.
