General System Maintenance Plan
Purpose: MICROS provides general recommendations for system maintenance. Use this system maintenance plan as a general guideline for the minimum maintenance you should perform; your system maintenance requirements may vary. During your peak season, you may wish to perform these steps more often to ensure consistent system performance

Perform a daily backup of CWSerenade |

Weekly System Maintenance |

Reboot all application servers and the CWIntegrate server |

Rebuild all indexes in the CWSerenade database |
Perform this step to improve database performance. Work with your database administrator or IT staff to determine the target fragmentation levels and fill rates for your indexes. |
